Pre & Postnatal Yoga

LahLah Yoga is fully qualified to provide Pre & Postnatal yoga sessions for the mum-to-be. Pregnancy is a wonderful opportunity to take care of your own health and that of your growing baby too. LahLah prenatal classes take a very gentle, nurturing approach and emphasise safe, appropriate asana practice, meditation and relaxation.  

NEXT COURSE: Classes are in blocks of 6 weeks - the next course starts Thursday 4th January 2018 - Thursday 8th February 2018


We will be working on keeping you (gently) moving throughout this special time, stretching, with gentle strength work, breathing, meditation and relaxation.

I hope to provide you with a safe space to really listen to your body through the many changes it is undergoing, and to give your body & soul a little bit of love and care during this special stage of life. 

Yoga helps to minimize the discomforts of pregnancy by improving circulation, reducing fluid retention and aches and pains, increasing energy levels and breath awareness and ultimately strengthening the body and mind in preparation for labour.

Prenatal yoga is recommended by midwives as one of the best ways to prepare for pregnancy & birth.

Postnatal Yoga is the perfect way to take some time to care for yourself, which is one of the most important things when you are also caring for someone else. Postnatal yoga can also help the body to restore after the magic of pregnancy. LahLah Yoga is also trained in mum & baby yoga!
